Beschreibung  -

Die Produkte der FUCHS RENOLIN 500-Reihe werden sowohl für den Einsatz in Luftverdichtern als auch in Verdichtern zum Transport von Kohlenwasserstoffgasen wie z.B. Erdgas (verschiedener Zusammensetzung), Propan, Propen und Prozessgasen empfohlen.Die Produkte der RENOLIN 500-Reihe sind Luftverdichteröle für Kolben- und Rotationsverdichter gemäß DIN 51506 Typ VDL.Die RENOLIN 500-Reihe ist auf Basis spezieller hoch ausraffinierter Grundöle formuliert. Die Auswahl der Additive ermöglicht einen zuverlässigen Einsatz ohne schädliche Rückstandsbildung bei hoher thermischer Beanspruchung. Verschärfte Labortests und langjährige Einsatzerfahrungen bestätigen die außerordentliche oxidative Stabilität dieser Spezial-Verdichteröle.

Fuchs Renolin 504 VDL 100 wird aus hochraffinierten Mineralölen und einem speziellen Additivpaket hergestellt, das diesem Produkt eine außergewöhnliche Oxidationsstabilität bei hohen thermischen Belastungen verleiht.Fuchs Renolin 504 VDL 100 hat eine extrem geringe Neigung zur Bildung von Kohlenstoffablagerungen an Kolben und Ventilen bei hohen Endkompressionstemperaturen, was sowohl durch Labortests als auch durch langjährige praktische Erfahrung mit diesem Produkt bestätigt wird.



Anwendung  -


Luftverdichteröle für alle Kolben- und Rotationsverdichter nach DIN 51506 VDL. Für Verdichtungsendtemperaturen bis 220 °C geeignet.
Für Anwendungsfälle, in denen andere Medien als Luft verdichtet werden, wenden Sie sich bitte an unsere Anwendungstechnik.
RENOLIN 500 Produkte sind auch geeignet zur Verwendung als Schmierstoff in Vakuumpumpen, empfohlen sowohl für Grob- als auch für Feinvakuum. Geeignet für Enddrücke bis zu 10-4 mbar.
