Fuchs Renolin SDL 1808 Ist ein schnell abbaubarer Druckluftschmierstoff. Fuchs Renolin SDL 1808 ist ein Synthetischer und biologisch schnell abbaubarer Druckluftschmierstoff.


Beschreibung  -

Druckluftbetriebene Werkzeuge und Maschinen benötigen im Winter aufgrund ihres Antriebes mit komprimierter Luft einen speziellen Schmierstoff. Ab Umgebungstemperaturen von + 3 °C und tiefer besteht die Gefahr der Vereisung der Druckluftgeräte durch die in der Druckluft enthaltene Feuchtigkeit. Diese Feuchtigkeit kondensiert, wenn die Druckluft im Werkzeug Arbeit geleistet hat und infolgedessen auf den normalen atmosphärischen Druck entspannt. Durch diese Entspannung kommt es zum Temperaturgefälle, so dass das kondensierte Wasser in der Druckluft gefriert und damit zum Blockieren der Druckluftgeräte führt. Bei Verwendung von Mineralölen, auch mit Emulgatoren und niedrigem  Pourpoint, ist dieses Einfrieren nicht zu verhindern. Die Wassertröpfchen kristallisieren im Öl. FUCHS RENOLIN SDL 1808 ist ein mineralölfreier vollsynthetischer Druckluftschmierstoff und speziell für diese Betriebsbedingungen konzipiert. Ein guter Verschleißschutz sowie besonderer Korrosionsschutz gegenüber Stahl und Buntmetallen gewährleistet einen optimalen langfristig störungsfreien Betrieb der Druckluftwerkzeuge.
Renolin SDL 1808 ist ein synthetisches, biologisch abbaubares Bohrhammeröl. Ein guter Verschleißschutz sowie ein spezieller Korrosionsschutz gegen Stahl und NE-Metalle sorgen für einen optimalen und störungsfreien Betrieb der Druckluftwerkzeuge.

Die Angaben in dieser Produktinformation beruhen auf den allgemeinen Erfahrungen und Kenntnissen der FUCHS SCHMIERSTOFFE GMBH in der Entwicklung und Herstellung von Schmierstoffen und entsprechen unserem heutigen Wissensstand. Anwendung  -


Für alle druckluftbetriebenen Maschinen und Werkzeuge in der Produktion, in Steinbrüchen und im Bergbau, bei denen die Gefahr der Vereisung besteht. Dies gilt auch für Imlochbohrhämmer bei warmen Umgebungstemperaturen. Materialverträglichkeit Mit Polycarbonat und Polyamid kann es mit RENOLIN SDL 1808 im verspannten Zustand zu Spannungsrisskorrosion kommen. Beständig ist PVC-hart, PVCglasklar und Glas.
