Beschreibung  -

FUCHS RENOLIN THERM 330 S ist ein synthetisches Wärmeträgeröl auf Basis von temperaturstabilem Alkylbenzol für den Einsatz in geschlossenen Wärmeübertragungsanlagen. Ausgewählte Additive verbessern die Temperatur- und Oxidationsstabilität. Die in RENOLIN THERM 330 S eingesetzten Additive schützen darüber hinaus die Anlagenbauteile vor Korrosion.

Spezielle mineralische und synthetische Öle auf Kohlenwasserstoffbasis mit hervorragender thermischer Stabilität und hohen Siedepunkten. Gute Wärmeleitfähigkeit Geeignet für Einlasstemperaturen von -20 ° C bis über +350 ° C. RENOLIN THERM 250, RENOLIN THERM 320, RENOLIN THERM 330 S, RENOLIN THERM 380 S. Optimal geeignet zum indirekten Heizen von Reaktoren, Polymerisations- und Destillationssystemen, Verarbeitungsmaschinen und Trocknern sowie Wärmetauschern in Verarbeitungssystemen und in Systeme zur Wärmerückgewinnung. .


Anwendung  -


RENOLIN THERM 330 S ist bestens geeignet zur indirekten Beheizung von Reaktoren, Polymerisationsund Destillationsanlagen, von Verarbeitungsmaschinen und Trocknern sowie Wärmetauschern in Prozessanlagen und Systemen zur Wärmerückgewinnung. Die Wärmeübertragungsflüssigkeit wird vorteilhaft im Temperaturbereich von 230 bis 290 °C eingesetzt. Die obere Anwendungsgrenze entspricht einer Vorlauftemperatur von 300 °C. Die Filmtemperatur sollte den Grenzwert von 320 °C nicht überschreiten.
