Total Merkan 23 Is a water-resistant calcium grease.


Description  -

Waterproof Calcium Grease Total Merkan 23 is specially designed for lubrication of low speed sliding bearings and articulated structures, which can be used between the marine applications for shaft conveyor tubes or in the conveyor belt industry. Total Merkan 23 is also suitable in cases where grease contact with water is frequent and when non-EP grease is recommended.Be careful not to contaminate the grease with dust or other contaminants during use. Use pneumatic greasing system preferably. Total Merkan 23 is insoluble in water and remarkably resistant to the water wash effect.
Due to its structure and construction, it can be pumped very well, Total Merkan 23 can be used in central greasing systems.Total Merkan 23 does not contain lead or any other heavy metal that is considered dangerous to human health or the environment.Total Merkan 23 is a waterinsoluble lubricant, making it very resistant to water washout.Thanks to its smooth and fluid structure, Total Merkan 23 is easy to pump and is therefore suitable for central lubrication systems.
Calcium soap grease, water resistant; it has been specially formulated for the lubrication of smooth bearings and articulated joints, which operate at low speeds, used in the navy, such as shaft exit pipes or in industry such as conveyor belts. Water insoluble lubricant, making it very resistant to water washout. Thanks to its smooth and fluid structure, MERKAN 23 is easy to pump and is therefore suitable for central lubrication systems. It does not contain lead or other heavy metals that could have harmful effects on human health or the environment.



Applications  -

·         Total Merkan 23 is pre-eminently designed for the lubrication of slow rotating slide bearings and articulations used in marine applications such as stern tubes, and ‘industrial’ applications such as conveyor belts.
·         Total Merkan 23 is also suitable as a non “EP” general purpose grease in a wide range of ‘outdoor’ applications where water is in frequent contact with the grease.
·         Always avoid contamination of the grease by dust and/or dirt when applying. Preferably use a pneumatic pump system.
