FUCHS RENOLIT PU-8-061/2 ist ein teilsynthetisches Hochtemperaturfett, aufgebaut mit einem besonderen synthetischen organischen Verdicker, der diesem Spezialfett eine Vielzahl hervorragender Eigenschaften verleiht.

RENOLITPU-8-061/2 zeichnet sich durch eine außergewöhnlich hohe thermische Stabilität des Fettverbandes aus. Geringe Verdampfungsverluste, Langzeit-Korrosionsschutz, gute Wasserbeständigkeit und optimale Schmiereigenschaften über einen weiten Temperaturbereich sind weitere Merkmale dieses Spezialfettes.

Anwendung  -

RENOLIT PU-8-061/2 wird als Langzeitschmierstoff für die Wälz- und Gleitlagerschmierung in einem weiten Temperatur-bereich eingesetzt.RENOLIT PU-8-061/2 hat sich z. B. bewährt für die Schmierung von Kettenförderern in Trockenöfen, Heißluftgebläsen, Spindellagern, Dreh- und Taumeltrocknern, Schwarzgutmischanlagen, Trockenzylindern in der Papierindustrie, temperatur-belastete Elektromotoren, Luftvorwärmer-Lagerungen, Heißluftklappen, Kalanderlagern in der Möbelindustrie u.a..



Standzeiten und Nachschmierintervalle sollten betriebsorientiert abgestimmt werden.
Bei der Anwendung von RENOLIT PU-8-061/2 in Wälzlagern mit Messingkäfigen ist Rücksprache mit unserer Anwendungstechnik erforderlich.
