Anwendungsempfehlung  -


Der Einsatz von Aral Vitam DE 32 bewirkt eine erhöhte Lebensdauer und optimale Funktionssicherheit der Hydauliken. Diese Hydraulikflüssigkeiten vom Typ HLP-D mit ihren detergierenden/ dispergierende Eigenschaften, weisen gegenüber konventionellen Hydraulikölen folgende Vorteile auf: Durch kontinuierliche Lösung von Verunreinigungen vermeiden sie Ablagerungen und Verklebungen im System, die z.B. Störungen von Steuerelementen verursachen könnten. Durch das Feuchtigkeitsaufnahme- vermögen dieser Öle wird Korrosion vermieden. Außerdem vermindern sie den Verschleiß im Grenzschmierungs- bereich und unterdrücken durch ihre polaren Wirkstoffe Ruckgleitbewegungen.




Einsatzgebiet   -


Aral Vitam DE 32 eignet sich grundsätzlich für Hydrauliken aller Art, insbesondere dann, wenn ungünstige Betriebsbedingungen vorliegen (z.B. Temperaturwechsel, Feuchtigkeit sowie Beeinträchtigungen durch Emulsion, Staub und andere Fremdstoffe) oder die Gefahr von Reibschwingungen besteht, z.B. in Baumaschinen, Werkzeugmaschinen und langsam arbeitenden Hydrauliken. Aral Vitam DE 32 besitzt ein sehr gutes Feuchtigkeitsaufnahmevermögen, optimalen Korrosionsschutz, sicheren Verschleißschutz und
hervorragende Alterungsstabilität. Darüber hinaus verfügt es über Schmutztragevermögen, Reinigungswirkung, Reduzierung des Ruckgleitens (Stick-Slip-Effect) und ist frei von Zinkverbindungen. Diese Eigenschaften machen Aral Vitam DE 32 darüber hinaus sehr gut geeigent für den Einsatz als Bettbahnöl für Werkzeugmaschinen, wo ein Schmierstoff in dieser Viskositätslage gefordert wird.
