Avia Fluid HLPD 68 ist ein Universell einsetzbares Hydrauliköl vom Typ HLPD. AVIA FLUID HLPD eignet sich besonders für Hydraulikaggregate von Baumaschinen und anderen Mobilhydrauliken (Herstellervorschriften beachten!). Weitere Einsatzgebiete sind Hydrauliken von Werkzeugmaschinen mit angeschlossener Gleitbahnschmierung und als Schmieröl für Wartungseinheiten von Druckluftanlagen.

Weitere Einsatzgebiete sind Hydrauliksysteme von Werkzeugmaschinen mit aufgesetzter Gleitschienenschmierung und als Schmieröl für Wartungseinheiten von Druckluftsystemen.





Beschreibung  -

Zinkfreies, detergierendes und dispergierendes Hydrauliköl auf Mineralölbasis. AVIA FLUID HLPD schützt wirksam vor Verklebungen und Ablagerungen im Hydrauliksystem. Ölalterungsprodukte und in das System eingedrungene Fremdstoffe werden nachhaltig in Schwebe gehalten. AVIA FLUID HLPD emulgiert in gewissen Grenzen Wasser und wassergemischte Kühlschmierstoffe ohne nennenswerte Beeinträchtigung der ausgezeichneten Schmier- und Korrosionsschutzeigenschaften. Polare Zusätze verbessern wirkungsvoll die Gleiteigenschaften und verhindern, selbst bei ungünstigen Betriebsverhältnissen, das Auftreten von Ruckgleiten (Stick-Slip). AVIA FLUID HLPD übertrifft wesentliche Anforderungen an HLP-Hydrauliköle nach DIN 51524 Teil 2 und an Hydraulik-
öle HM nach ISO 11158 (außer Demulgiervermögen).

Das AVIA Fluid HLPD 68 ist ein mineralisches, zinkfreies, reinigendes und dispergierendes Hydrauliköl. AVIA Fluid HLPD 68 schützt wirksam vor Anhaften und Ablagerungen im Hydrauliksystem. Ölalterungsprodukte und Verunreinigungen, die in das System gelangen, werden nachhaltig suspendiert. In bestimmten Grenzen emulgiert AVIA Fluid HLPD 68 Wasser und wassergemischte Kühlschmierstoffe, ohne die hervorragenden Schmier- und Korrosionsschutzeigenschaften merklich zu beeinträchtigen. Dieses Produkt verfügt über speziell abgestimmte und hochwirksame Additive, die eine hohe Wärme- und Oxidationsbeständigkeit aufweisen und auch bei sehr hoher mechanischer Beanspruchung einen optimalen Waren- und Korrosionsschutz bieten. Avia Fluid RSL erfüllt zuverlässig die Anforderungen von HLP-Hydraulikölen nach DIN 51 524 Teil 2.Polare Additive verbessern wirksam die Gleiteigenschaften und verhindern das Auftreten von Stick-Slip auch bei ungünstigen Betriebsbedingungen. AVIA Fluid HLPD 68 übertrifft die grundlegenden Anforderungen für HLP-Hydrauliköle nach DIN 51524 Teil 2 und für Hydrauliköle HM nach ISO 11158 (ausgenommen Demulgierbarkeit).
