Fuchs Ecocool R – 2030 MB Is a water-miscible cooling lubricant
Description -
FUCHS ECOCOOL R –
2030 MB is a biocide free, mineral oilbased, water-miscible cutting fluid for
the machining and grinding of aluminium alloys, steel and cast iron.ECOCOOL R –
2030 MB is free of chlorine, sulphur and phosphorus.ECOCOOL R – 2030 MB is free
of amines which easily form nitrosamines.ECOCOOL R – 2030 MB produces an
extraordinarily long-life, finely-dispersed, stable and beige opalescent emulsion
when mixed with water.
To ensure optimal
corrosion protection and durability of the working emulsion, we recommend a
minimum concentration of 5%. Optimum operating concentration needs to be
adapted to the material and technology used. The optimum temperature of
the concentrate and water used in the preparation of the working emulsion is
between 15 ºC and 20 ºC. Changing the color of the concentrate has no
negative effect on the performance and quality of the product. The product
should be protected from frost when stored. The minimum storage
temperature must not fall below + 5 ºC.
Application -
ECOCOOL R – 2030 MB is
recommended for all operations on normal and high-alloy steels as well as roughing
to fine-finishing operations on aluminium alloys.
ECOCOOL R - 2030 MB is
recommended for grinding and machining of steels, as well as for rough and fine
machining of all common aluminum materials. ECOCOOL R - 2030 MB is also
suitable for casting.
