Verwendung  -

Aviacal 2 LD ist ein Spezialfett für die Schmierung von Wälz- und Gleitlagern, auch unter ungünstigen Betriebsbedingungen (Feuchtigkeit, hohe und stoßweise Druckbelastung, Vibrationen, erhöhte Lagertemperaturen etc.) wie sie in Kraftfahrzeugen, Bau-, Land- und Industriemaschinen auftreten können.

Beschreibung  -

Spezial calciumverseiftes, äußerst wasserbeständiges, walkstabiles Langzeitschmierfett auf Basis eines oxidationsbeständigen Mineralöls. Die hohe Grundölviskosität und spezielle EP-Zusätze sorgen für ein hohes Druckaufnahmevermögen und einen guten Verschleißschutz. AVIACAL 2 LD bietet darüber hinaus besonders ausgeprägte Korrosionsschutzeigenschaften und ist außergewöhnlich haftfähig.

Das AVIACAL 2 LD ist ein spezielles kalziumverseiftes, hochwasserbeständiges, langlebiges und langlebiges Fett auf der Basis eines oxidationsbeständigen Mineralöls. Die hohe Grundölviskosität und spezielle EP-Additive sorgen für ein hohes Druckaufnahmevermögen und einen guten Verschleißschutz. Darüber hinaus bietet AVIACAL 2 LD hervorragende Korrosionsschutzeigenschaften und ist außerordentlich klebend. Mehrzweckfett für den Betrieb unter hohem Druck, zum Schmieren von Wälz- und Gleitlagern und für besonders beanspruchte Schmierstellen. Perfekt angepasst für den Einsatz in automatischen Schmiervorrichtungen und von MAN auch für den Einsatz in automatischen Schmiervorrichtungen für BEKA-MAX-, Lincoln- und Delimon-Lkw zugelassen.



Anwendungshinweise: Spezialfett zur Schmierung von Wälz- und Gleitlagern, auch unter ungünstigen Betriebsbedingungen (Feuchtigkeit, hohe und zeitweise auftretende Druckbelastung, Vibrationen, erhöhte Lagertemperaturen usw.), wie sie in Kraftfahrzeugen, im Bauwesen, in der Landwirtschaft und im Handel auftreten können Industriemaschinen.Spezielles Langzeitfett auf Basis von Lithium-Calcium-Seife, extrem wasserdicht, hoch mechanisch stabil, auf Basis von oxidationsbeständigen Mineralölen. Die hohe Viskosität des Grundöls und die EP-Spezialzusätze sorgen für eine hohe mechanische Belastbarkeit und einen guten Verschleißschutz. Darüber hinaus weist AVIACAL 2 LD einen ausgeprägten Korrosionsschutz und hervorragende Klebeeigenschaften auf.
