Verwendung  -

AVIA FLUID HVI ist besonders geeignet für stationäre und mobile Hydraulikanlagen, die stark schwankenden Temperaturen ausgesetzt sind. AVIA FLUID HVI kann ü-berall dort eingesetzt werden, wo ein Hydrauliköl HVLP oder HLP gefordert wird.


Beschreibung  -



Scherstabiles, mineralölbasisches Mehrbereichs-Hydrauliköl. AVIA FLUID HVI zeichnet sich durch ein besonders günstiges Viskositäts-Temperatur-Verhalten (hoher Viskositätsindex) aus und überdeckt jeweils den Temperaturanwendungsbereich mehrerer Viskositätsklassen herkömmlicher HLP Hydrauliköle. Eine weitgehende Sortenreduzierung wird hierdurch ermöglicht.
AVIA FLUID HVI weist eine hohe thermische und oxidative Stabilität auf, mit dem Potential für
verlängerte Ölstandzeiten.

AVIA FLUID HVI ist zudem gut filtrierbar. Filterblockaden werden vermieden. Hochwirksame Additive sorgen für einen hervorragenden Verschleiß- und Korrosionsschutz. AVIA FLUID HVI übertrifft die Anforderungen an HVLP-Hydrauliköle nach DIN 51524 Teil 3. Universalhydrauliköl Typ HVLP. AVIA FLUID HVI eignet sich besonders für stationäre und mobile Hydrauliksysteme, die stark schwankenden Temperaturen ausgesetzt sind. AVIA FLUID HVI kann überall dort eingesetzt werden, wo ein Hydrauliköl HVLP oder HLP benötigt wird.

Avia Fluid HVI 32-Öle eignen sich für Hydraulik- und Kraftübertragungssysteme, die einem breiten Bereich von Umgebungs- und Betriebstemperaturen ausgesetzt sind, sowie für kritische Hydrauliksysteme wie numerisch gesteuerte Werkzeugmaschinen mit hoher Genauigkeit und solche mit spielfreien Servoventilen, Hydrauliksystemen für Bagger, Kräne und hydrostatische Antriebe, die den härtesten Betriebsbedingungen im Freien ausgesetzt sind, und Hydrauliksysteme, die unter hohem Druck arbeiten und ein hohes Maß an Belastbarkeit und Verschleißschutz erfordern.
