Agip OSO-D 22 Ist ein hochwertiges Hydrauliköl
Agip OSO-D 22 ist ein Detergierendes Hydrauliköl auf Mineralölbasis mit zinkfreier Formulierung und zusätzlichen Wirkstoffen gegen Korrosion, Ölalterung und Verschleiß.


Beschreibung  -


Eni OSO 22 ist ein Hochleistungs-Verschleißschutzhydrauliköl, das speziell für die strengsten Leistungsanforderungen einer Vielzahl von Hydrauliksystem- und Komponentenherstellern entwickelt wurde. Es besteht aus ausgewählten Grundölen, die mit der zinkarmen Technologie behandelt wurden und hervorragende Eigenschaften gegen Verschleiß, Rost und Oxidation gewährleisten. Es hat eine hervorragende Filtrierbarkeit im Betrieb. Eni OSO 22 eignet sich auch für andere Aufgaben, bei denen Schmierstoffe mit hoher Oxidationsstabilität und Schmierleistung erforderlich sind, und ermöglicht die Verwendung eines einzigen Produkts mit hervorragenden Leistungseigenschaften.

Hydrauliköl mit Waschkraft auf Mineralölbasis mit zusätzlichen Mitteln gegen Korrosion, Ölalterung und Verschleiß. Agip OSO-D - Hydrauliköle eignen sich für Hydraulikpumpen und -aggregate, bei denen der Hersteller HL- oder HLP-Öle vorschreibt. Sie können in hydraulischen Antrieben, in stufenlosen oder hydrostatischen Getrieben und mechanischen Getrieben sowie in Elektrokupplungen eingesetzt werden. Diese Produkte haben sich dort bewährt, wo Maschinenteile durch Feuchtigkeitsablagerungen oder Anhaftungen gefährdet sind, z. G. Führungsbahnen für Werkzeugmaschinen, Lieferung von Druckluftwerkzeugen.

Eni OSO-D ZFR – Hydrauliköle sind unter Verwendung hochwertiger Solventraffinate mit speziellen Wirkstoffen ausgestattet. Polare Zusätze verleihen dieser Druckflüssigkeit erheblich bessere Gleiteigenschaften als üblich genormte Schmieröle. Detergierende Hydrauliköle weisen eine größere Benetz- und Reinigungswirkung als markenübliche Hydrauliköle auf.


Der ausgeprägte Verschleißschutz, die hohe Alterungsstabilität, das optimal eingestellte Luftabscheidevermögen und der ausgezeichnete Korrosionsschutz sind einige hervorragende Eigenschaften. Ein besonders hervorzuhebendes Merkmal dieser Hydrauliköle ist die Fähigkeit Feuchtigkeit aufzunehmen, ohne dabei den Korrosionsschutz zu gefährden.




Einsatzmöglichkeiten  -

Eni OSO-D ZFR – Hydrauliköle eignen sich für Hydraulikpumpen und Aggregate, deren Hersteller HL oder HLP Öle vorschreiben. Sie können in hydraulischen Antrieben, in stufenlosen oder hydrostatischen Getrieben und Schaltgetrieben sowie in Elektrolamellenkupplungen eingesetzt werden.


Überall dort, wo Anlagenteile durch Feuchtigkeitsablagerungen oder Verklebungen gefährdet sind – z. B. an Bettbahnen von Werkzeugmaschinen, bei der Versorgung von Druckluftwerkzeugen – haben sich diese Produkte bewährt.


Eni OSO-D ZFR – Hydrauliköle besitzen die Freigabe der Zahnradfabrik Friedrichshafen und sind in deren Elektrokupplungen einsetzbar.Eni OSO-D 22 ZFR – ist für Meiller-Geräte freigegeben.
