Avia Aluplex 2 EP




Verwendung  -

Hochtemperaturfett zur Schmierung von Wälz- und Gleitlagern, auch bei hoher Belastung, erhöhten Lagertemperaturen und unter staubigen und feuchten Betriebsbedingungen. Bei Dauertemperaturen über 150°C ist in kürzeren Intervallen nachzuschmieren.


Beschreibung  -


Naturfarbenes, walkstabiles, sehr haftfähiges Aluminiumkomplex-Seifenschmierfett auf Basis eines temperatur- und oxidationsstabilen Mineralöls. Die hohe Grundölviskosität und spezielle EP- Zusätze sorgen für ein erhöhtes Druckaufnahmevermögen und einen guten Verschleißschutz. AVIA ALUPLEX 2 EP ist wasserbeständig und weist gute Korrosionsschutzeigenschaften auf.

Aluplex FGS Grease EP 2 ist ein Aluminiumkomplexfett auf Basis von vollsynthetischen Grundölen (PAO) und fortschrittlichen Additiven. Das Produkt enthält nur Rohstoffe, die von der US-amerikanischen Food & Drug Administration zur Verwendung in Schmiermitteln zugelassen sind, die auf die eine oder andere Weise mit Lebensmitteln in Berührung kommen können. Aluplex FGS Grease EP 2 wird in speziell entwickelten Maschinen hergestellt und ist in einer Spezialverpackung enthalten. Dank sorgfältig ausgewählter Additive erzielt das Produkt die folgenden Eigenschaften. Zur Schmierung von Wälz- und Gleitlagern unter starker Beanspruchung, insbesondere bei hohen Betriebstemperaturen sowie bei Arbeiten in feuchter und staubiger Umgebung. Weichplastikfett mit guter Haftung, enthält a Seifenkomplex. Hervorragende Wasserbeständigkeit und Scherstabilität. Gut widersteht hohem Druck. Zur Schmierung von Wälz- und Gleitlagern bei höheren Belastungen und unter staubigen und feuchten Betriebsbedingungen.
