Universell einsetzbares Hydrauliköl vom Typ HVLP. AVIA FLUID HVI ist besonders geeignet für stationäre und mobile Hydraulikanlagen, die stark schwankenden Temperaturen ausgesetzt sind. AVIA FLUID HVI kann überall dort eingesetzt werden, wo ein Hydrauliköl HVLP oder HLP gefordert wird.
Spezialöle auf Paraffinbasis, mit Lösungsmitteln verfeinert, mit einem scherstabilen Viskositätsindex-Perfektor. Das Produkt enthält Additive zur Erhöhung der Alterungsbeständigkeit und zur Verbesserung der Gleiteigenschaften (mittelaktive EP-Additive). Darüber hinaus sind die Eigenschaften korrosionsbeständig, verringern die Schaumbildung und sind mit dem Material für Fugen verträglich. Hydrauliköle mit hohem Index der Viskosität decken jeweils den Betriebstemperaturbereich verschiedener HLP-Öle ab konventionell.

Scherstabiles, mineralölbasisches Mehrbereichs-Hydrauliköl. AVIA FLUID HVI zeichnet sich durch ein besonders günstiges Viskositäts-Temperatur-Verhalten (hoher Viskositätsindex) aus und überdeckt jeweils den Temperaturanwendungsbereich mehrerer Viskositätsklassen herkömmlicher HLP Hydrauliköle. Eine weitgehende Sortenreduzierung wird hierdurch ermöglicht. AVIA FLUID HVI weist eine hohe thermische und oxidative Stabilität auf, mit dem Potential für verlängerte Ölstandzeiten. AVIA FLUID HVI ist zudem gut filtrierbar. Filterblockaden werden vermieden. Hochwirksame Additive sorgen für einen hervorragenden Verschleiß- und Korrosionsschutz. AVIA FLUID HVI übertrifft die Anforderungen an HVLP-Hydrauliköle nach DIN 51524 Teil 3.
